Gas prices up $1.75, diesel up $2.15
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, March 27, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline up by $1.75, 90-octane will be sold for $160.66 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $152.64 per litre.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $156.58 per litre after an increase of $2.15 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $164.94 per litre up by $1.53.
Kerosene is up by $3.06 and will be sold for $139.77 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $67.13 per litre up by $0.25 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $75 per litre up by $0.33.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective markup to these prices.
