Gas prices up $0.25, diesel down $0.70
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, February 20, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline up by $0.25, 90-octane will be sold for $162.18 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $154.17 per litre.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $165.08 per litre after a decrease of $0.70 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $174.02 per litre up by $0.25.
Kerosene is down by $1.84 and will be sold for $147.70 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $71.19 per litre down by $1.80 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $79.27 per litre down by $1.46.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
