#Champs2024: Victory for KC’s Kiprop in boys’ 2000m steeplechase Open

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Kingston College’s Brian Kiprop left the field in his wake to storm to victory in the boys’ 2000m steeplechase Open at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys’ and Girls’ Athletics Championships on Friday.

Kiprop recorded a time of 6:04.63.

St Jago High’s Daniel Pennant claimed the silver in 6:19.11.

The bronze medal was won by Glengoffe High’s Jeremiah Hinds (6:27.91).
